By submitting photographs to PicturingLight.com, you grant PicturingLight.com the right to display the photograph you are submitting on PicturingLight.com, any sub-pages, as well as any accompanying display mechanisms. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright.

While submitting your photograph on PicturingLight.com you retain full copyright to the photograph and grant PicturingLight.com only the permissions stated above. Additionally, you retain the right to remove any photograph you submit at any time through your online control panel.

PicturingLight.com aims to be a high quality nature photography gallery, not a "free-for-all" image hosting site. Therefore, in order to preserve PicturingLight.com as a high-quality nature photography gallery, PicturingLight.com administration reserves the right to remove any image that is judged to be either substantially below the quality of other images on PicturingLight.com or that does not fit with the theme of a nature photography gallery.

In general, only photographs containing exclusively nature and landscape objects are allowed on PicturingLight.com; however, photos including people or manmade objects may be allowed if the people or objects are not the subject of the photograph, but are merely part of the compositional landscape.

Ultimately, the decision of whether or not a photo is allowed to be displayed on PicturingLight.com is left solely to the discretion of the PicturingLight.com administration. There is no guarantee that any photo you post will be allowed to remain on PicturingLight.com.

Please note that with each post your IP address is recorded in case you need to be removed from this site or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of the accompanying agreements.
